The infograph that appeals to me the most would be the one entitled “A watercolor guide to culinary herbs.” The main reason that I chose this infograph over the others was because I love how it looks. It’s really simple and clean without bright colors, which I really like. I also really love the use of watercolors. This inforgraph also appeals to me because I love to cook really flavorful and vibrant foods. Herbs are a great way to season, or spice up, and dish. Herbs can really elevate food to the next level. The purpose of this infograph is to inform viewers of different herbs because some of them can look pretty similar and get mixed up for people that don’t often cook with fresh herbs. It’s also intended to just be pleasant to look at. The picture is simple and soft and could really be considered “informative” artwork. The audience for this infograph could really be anybody that is interested in cooking, or just likes art. Most likely young-adult to older crowed would be the ones most interested in this infograph I’m assuming.
